Mango Mint Shortcake:

1- 2 fresh, ripe mangos
8 oz Mounsier Papa Mango Nectar
Light brown sugar
Fresh mint leaves

Cut fresh mangos into small pieces or chop in a food processor.
8 oz Mounsier Papa Mango Nectar, a pinch of cinnamon and stir in brown sugar, to desired sweetness. Simmer in a small saucepan for 30 min. Remove from heat and add 10-15 chopped, fresh mint leaves. Follow directions on Bisquick box to make shortcake biscuits. Chill mango sauce and serve over biscuits. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a mint leaf.
